Dear Friends,
Welcome to Year Up New York | New Jersey’s Winter 2022 Virtual Graduation. Today, we celebrate the achievements of our extraordinary graduates and thank the powerful network of support that makes our program so successful. Mentors, volunteers, donors, family, friends, corporate and community partners, all play integral roles in making our program a success. We are forever grateful for your work in closing the Opportunity Divide, and supporting so many young people in forging paths to success.
To our graduates, congratulations! Today marks the culmination of your Year Up, and the beginning of your new professional careers. This evening, you leave us as experienced professionals with enhanced skills and the ability to achieve the goals you have set for yourselves. Whether your next steps are a new career and/or higher education, your hard work and commitment over the past year have set the stage for your continued success and the success of the many talented young adults who will follow you.
